Hampton Inn Charlotte/Matthews

The location was easily accessible to restaurants and things to do in downtime.

Thoughtful Staff. My wife has terminal cancer and stayed in the room most of the time. They honored request of not disturbing us for 5 days. They exchanged our towels and took trash on request. Breakfast Lady was very delightful. Hot Breakfast were filling and good selection.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. The room was comfortable and clean. The location is perfect if you want to be near everything but not smack in the middle of everything. There were plenty of towels stocked in our bathroom.

The breakfast was an added bonus. It really helps as a traveller. The location was convenient to visit with my firend.
